  1. I have a friend who says Wells Fargo regularly charges his elderly mother $800 a month in overdraft charges. She has no concept of where her money goes. Sad really.

  2. Comparing the Interest on Checking accounts from 2001 to 2011 is not a good comparison. The economies are wildly different. Shockingly if you compared the savings account interest rates from 2001 to 2011 you’ll find a sharp decrease. Correlation does not imply causation.
