Lately, I have been involved with investment grade insurance products, as an agent, and many families were spared the taxes that goes with theis IRA and 401k, with the Index strategy that I have for them at much better rate of return, beating last years results of thie 401k and stocks. At this late age, we have to be careful and not to forget to fill up our conservative retirement bucket first before we go for investments such as stocks. PS. I like the look and feel of mint.com but wanted to see how and ordinary, middle income can benefit from it.those who do not use the credit card but wanted to save in many ways..
