I have a Captiol One card and ran into that problem of reporting the balance as the credit limit. This was a few years ago and at that time, I had about $2000 on the card, but the limit was like $8000. If the correct limit was reported, it would have been much better on my overall balance to limit ratio, which has a huge impact on the credit scores.

Oh, credit score? How bout’ renaming it “index of suckers who will go into debt and slavishly pay off usary (remember that concept) rates like good little slaves.”? Didn’t you read the fine print: there is a fee for reading this. And there will be a late fee if its not on time. We just set that fee, no regulation. Late Capitalism is great.
