In the case of Chile which I am sure that will be kept nosolo but the conditions were also generated new conditions for the devastancion is large and requires a prompt Reconstruction in all areas, which becomes mandatory for future governments take action that course. You are very far from understandng the realities of South America. Bribes and corruption are a strong issue in many countries in the region but in Chile. Countries where you will never feel as safe as in Chile. I am an Chilean and have been many countries, so I really know what i am talking about. Next time you say something, get informed. For sure there is a lot of things to improve, but we are in the fast track to development. I am aware the Chile missed opportunities and I really like the new president better.
