leave a commentIt would be even more cool if they don’t charge extra for such cool cards
Yeah, maybe I’m just old, but I don’t care what my credit card LOOKS like. How about lower interest and less fees?
Most American credit cards look as if little to no thought went into their design.
I think EPOS Bank’s idea of inviting 100 designers to design a card is brilliant. Assuming the rate was competitive, getting to pick from 100 good designs would make going with EPOS a no brainer.

The project is a collaboration with the card company Epos, Visa and Japans leading fashion stores Marui Co. EPOS commissioned a special edition of their credit cards to 100 designers around the world. View the project on the EPOS website.
Aww! Very haute.
they’re fun, but i think that custom images on credit cards are meant to give the cardholder an emotional reason to want to take out and use the card, or use that card over other cards.
cool cards, but I’m not opening up any more lines of credit!
What about the Blue cards from Amex? Those were really cool.
Nice.
I always get comments about my American Express cards. I have both a Blue Cash and a Clear card. The Blue Cash has a metallic blue square in the center of a transparent card with RFID so it all looks very futuristic. The Clear is similar although the center has a swarm of triangles going for the square (but isn’t metallic).
I agree with Kathryn. If you have a card that looks really “cool” or is something you yourself designed, you are more emotionally attached to it. You probably won’t feel as bad using your “cool” card.
Where is that dragon Capital One card? That is some good stuff!
Ya i agree that this cool one but then also don’t use credit card for each and every spending and always check cc statement.

I hated my Amex Blue. In 1-2 months, it turned from clear to scratched, then looked weird.
