Both my mortgage and truck loan are through banks I have other accounts with. When I log into my bank I then choose which account I want to view. As we’ve said elsewhere, we’re not responding as quickly as we want to to customer inquiries right now, due to high traffic volumes,. We’re are adding capacity and technology to address this. To your specific questions: I have been looking into some if the add account issues with USAA. For the last several days about 6 in 10 people that try to add the USAA loan account are successful. This is below average and for the folks that are having failures, there is a usually a common thread. Some others points of interest: Mint will send bill reminders for loan payments. This is a new feature...if you have already set your account up to get notified of credit card bills and you have added a loan, you should get a bill reminder. Balance vs. transactions.....as of today (assuming you have successfully added your account) you will only see the balance for your loans. In the coming weeks we will add more information, such as transactions, details about the loan product itself and (the feature I personally love) notification when your interest rate changes.
