At the end of every week, The Mint Blog will highlight some noteworthy posts from the blogsphere and beyond. Here are this week’s picks:
- The SavingAdvice.com Blog shows us 20 Firefox Extensions That Will Save You Money. Very awesome post. We especially like #19, the TimeTracker 1.2.2, so you’ll know how much time you spend browsing the web (after all, time is money!).
- JD from Get Rich Slowly brings his third installment to his IRA series with, Which Investments Are Best for a Roth IRA? A very worthwhile post, especially for those just starting out their retirement planning.
- Leo shares 10 Books That Shaped His Life, and 40 Others That He Loves. You should definitely consider checking out #2, Your Money or Your Life, by Joe Dominquez and Vicki Robin.

leave a commentHey Everyone at Mint!
Have a GREAT Weekend. You guys rock!
Hurry up and release guys! I’m getting sick of yodlee moneycenter’s endless alerts.
@Misti: Thanks a bunch!
@Jenny: We’re eager to release too, but we also want to make the product as perfect as possible before a public release.
As for Yodlee’s alerts, you can set your alert settings under Yodlee Personal Finance > Options > Set-up/Edit Alert Settings.
Unclick whatever you don’t want, and scroll all the way to the bottom, click update, and your alert settings will be changed.
Constant alerts for low amount in accounts can become quite annoying for me.
Hope that helps.
