WHAT IS IDENTITY IQ?

Identity IQ is a credit monitoring service and Mint's partner in bringing you Mint Bills Credit Guard.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY FULL CREDIT REPORT?

You can access your full credit report at IdentityIQ's website (www.MintBillsCreditGuard.com). Log-in to Identity IQ's website using your Identity IQ User ID and Password.

I LOST MY IDENTITY IQ USER ID OR PASSWORD. WHERE CAN I RETRIEVE THEM?

Access the Identity IQ website (www.MintBillsCreditGuard.com). Click on "Member Login" on the top right of the screen. Then click on "Forgot User ID" or "Forgot Password" to retrieve your User ID or password. If you experience any difficulties, call Identity IQ customer service at 877-875-4347.

HOW DO I SET UP AN IDENTITY IQ USER ID AND PASSWORD?

Click here (https://www.mintbillscreditguard.com/login.aspx) and complete the "New Customer Activation" to set up your login credentials. Make a note of your "Account ID" at the top of this FAQ screen because you will need this number to set up your login credentials.

WHAT SERVICES DOES CREDIT GUARD INCLUDE AND WHERE CAN I ACCESS THEM?

  1. Your Experian credit score in the Mint Bills application.
  2. Your credit monitoring alerts in the Mint Bills application.
  3. Your full Experian credit report at the website of Identity IQ (www.MintBillsCreditGuard.com).
  4. $25,000 in Identity Fraud protection through Identity IQ. Call Identity IQ customer service at 877-875-4347 if you think that you have been the victim of Identity Fraud.
  5. Lost wallet protection through Identity IQ. Call Identity IQ customer service at 877-875-4347 if you have lost your wallet.
