WHAT IS IDENTITY IQ?
Identity IQ is a credit monitoring service and Mint's partner in bringing you Mint Bills Credit Guard.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY FULL CREDIT REPORT?
You can access your full credit report at IdentityIQ's website (www.MintBillsCreditGuard.com). Log-in to Identity IQ's website using your Identity IQ User ID and Password.
I LOST MY IDENTITY IQ USER ID OR PASSWORD. WHERE CAN I RETRIEVE THEM?
Access the Identity IQ website (www.MintBillsCreditGuard.com). Click on "Member Login" on the top right of the screen. Then click on "Forgot User ID" or "Forgot Password" to retrieve your User ID or password. If you experience any difficulties, call Identity IQ customer service at 877-875-4347.
HOW DO I SET UP AN IDENTITY IQ USER ID AND PASSWORD?
Click here (https://www.mintbillscreditguard.com/login.aspx) and complete the "New Customer Activation" to set up your login credentials. Make a note of your "Account ID" at the top of this FAQ screen because you will need this number to set up your login credentials.
